I am an experienced leader of IT teams with over 30 years’ experience in the IT Industry. My key strength is leadership of large multi-functional teams with clarity of vision to enable teams to meet organisational objectives as well as their individual career goals. I combine this with commercial acumen and strong vendor management skills to achieve the best out of organisational partnerships.

My experience since 2008 has largely been about leading large change programmes that involve challenging cultural transformations in complex environments. I also specialise and have evidence of strong successes in introducing outcome and service based delivery utilising global offshore partners to drive value, efficiency, cost effectiveness and ability to rapidly respond to fluctuations in demand through the entire software delivery lifecycle.

I have a passion for Quality, Innovation and delivering world class service to our colleagues in the rest of the organisation outside of IT. My track record of delivering sizeable and tangible organisational benefits include a 100% reduction in testing cost over 3 years while substantially increasing the Quality of IT delivery as evidenced by the decrease of incidents in production due to implementation of project change.
